Our CNC manufactured 4-point mount system can be used on almost any hull with standard 5" rail spacing. It features multiple adjustment possibilities so it can be used with; Vee's. Cat's, and Hydros. large 1" rubber isolators mounts are standard for a secure engine mounting, unlike other mounts that use isolators of a much smaller and weaker design. We recommend the use of our Coil Re-locater and Clutchless adapter to complete this competitive system.

We just made one of our best sellers even better. The new lighter weight die-cast aluminum Canister Exhaust specifically designed for Zenoah and similar engines with 34mm bolt span (on center). This new canister also features a new mounting method that keeps the canister tightly secured to the cylinder. Two steel hex studs with 5mm machined threaded ends bolt through half the canister attached to engine. The twin stack front half then bolts into the threaded ends of the hex studs with 5mm bolts. The exhaust can be easily disassembled for cleaning without removing from the engine. This new process enables this part to be sold considerably less than its counter part.

We designed this tool to lock the piston just after "bottom dead center" at the strongest point so less load is placed on the piston rod. Simply screw it in the spark plug hole and it will lock the crank shaft so you can install or remove; clutches, collets, and flywheel. Clutchless adapter designed to fit on all Zenoah 23-25 cc marine engines. This adapter utilizes the common 1/4" square ended drive cables. This method of cable coupling has become the industry standard. The square end can float loosly into the receiver and all thrust can be transmitted into the thrust washers at the drive end rather than the crankshaft of the engine. This limits pre-mature engine wear caused by excessive crank thrust pressure.

The manifold is machined to accept a standard big bore cabruretor with .501 bores such as WT257, WT644, WT813, and Warehouse Hobbies CA5003. The port side of manifold is matched to the stock G321 and G260 Zenoah engines and can be easily port matched if required using a moto-tool. This intake manifold is not equipped with a pulse tap fitting and is designed to be used on a clutch-less engine.
