The Enforcer Pro-Wet Tuned exhaust system is used on more gas powered boats than any other system on the market. Designed for performance sport boaters, this system neatly conceals inside your “V” hull with only 2 to 3 inches exposed through the bottom left of the transom. It is water-cooled, dispensing the heated water as steam through the end tip and out of the boat. The cooling serves two purposes: keeps the system at low operating temperatures (well under 200 degrees), and allows a much smaller pipe length. The included water pump (with hardware) maintains constant temperature while idling. Available: for Zenoah 23-25 cc engines

We just made one of our best sellers even better. The new lighter weight die-cast aluminum Canister Exhaust specifically designed for Zenoah and similar engines with 34mm bolt span (on center). This new canister also features a new mounting method that keeps the canister tightly secured to the cylinder. Two steel hex studs with 5mm machined threaded ends bolt through half the canister attached to engine. The twin stack front half then bolts into the threaded ends of the hex studs with 5mm bolts. The exhaust can be easily disassembled for cleaning without removing from the engine. This new process enables this part to be sold considerably less than its counter part.

Shown is our complete Competition Dry Tuned Exhaust System that is designed to be used with all Zenoah 23-26 cc marine engines. Both the exhaust manifold and coupler feature internal water cooling that circulates around the sealing O-rings and does not allow the water to enter the exhaust pipe. The water is expelled through a water-outlet that can be purchased seperatly. This system features a slide coupler and mount for adjusting the length of the pipe to compensate for engine displacement and internal performance modifications. This system is sold with our center-out manifold that places the tuned pipe inline with the engine output shaft. Pefect for use with V bottoms, Cat's, and Hydro's.

Shown here is our Competition Dry Tuned Exhaust System with our 180 degree header that directs the pipe left of the exhaust manifold and back. This system is very popular for Deep Vees and Hydros. In some cases the pipe can be installed inside the hull (depending on the hull being used). Note: Dry pipe systems run at extremly high temperatures and are best installed exposed to outside air for better cooling. This system has all of the features as the EX9041 system.
