This line is dedicated to order placement and order information. Please understand that we receive many orders daily, and there is also an electronic delay on Internet placed orders, so it can take several hours before we receive an order. If your order shows "Processing" that means we have received and agknowledged your order. We generally ship within (2) business days from order receipt, however there are times that we can become behind in order shipment depending on stock and the time of year. We encourage that you use our toll free line to also make inquiries about an order placed. If you have any uncertanty of a product use, description, or price, please use or toll free number to place your order and or receive the information you require.
